Dear Bob,I've Googled, and I’ve searched the Kentucky Legislature site, butthe only Kentucky "laws" I can find dealing with bikes on the road areabout lights, reflectors, etc. I can't find anything about cars havingto pass bikes with 3 feet of clearance (which appears to be the "universalstandard"). I've looked through both the Kentucky Revised Statutes andthe Kentucky Administrative Rules, and there's nothing other than"Wear a helmet" and "use a reflector.”I’ve tried asking cops.
