Tour Pro Bike: Bradley Wiggins' Pinarello Dogma
We take a look at the bike of another unfortunate early Tour retiree, Brad Wiggins
The change from blue to green for Team Sky is to bring attention to Sky Rainforest Rescue. Though there is nothing particularly environmentally friendly about a professional cycling team, the effort is a worthwhile one.
Like Alexander Vinokourov (whose bike we looked at yesterday), Bradley Wiggins had an early exit from this year’s Tour de France.
The reigning British road and time trial champ had impressed in June with his overall victory at the Dauphine. His Pinarello definitely stood out from the rest of his Team Sky teammates’ machines. Small touches show the level of attention that Pinarello and team mechanics paid to getting his bike just right.
