Liv Cycling is expanding its range of women’s specific bikes with the new endurance-focused Avail Advanced line. The line is designed around a compact frame that Liv says is lighter, stiffer and smoother, perfect for those looking to ride for fitness and fun. The compact “endurance” geometry offers a more comfortable upright riding position that will help cyclists stay on the bike for longer.
- Women specific carbon layup
- D-Fuse SL seatpost and large tire clearance contribute to comfort
To design an endurance frame tuned for women, Liv used its 3F Design process that takes into account thousands of data points about women’s anatomy and sizing variations. Those data points allowed Liv to dial in the carbon layup specifically to match the needs of women’s bodies. Liv claims it makes the ride feel more balanced, with more power transfer.
Other features include a new internal cable routing system, compatibility with Liv’s RideSense speed and cadence sensor, and a D-Fuse SL seatpost that contributes to the comfort of this line by reducing road vibration. The ability to run larger tires also contributes to the comfort of this bike. And disc brakes throughout the line offer confident stopping in any weather.
This isn’t just a plush endurance bike, though. It’s designed to be a lightweight, do-everything frame that is capable of confident climbing and descending.
The entire line will be available later in the summer. Keep a look out at liv-cycling.com
