Combining a classic look with modern crash protection, the Gage looks good on just about everyone and fits comfortably. It’s well ventilated with 26 channeled vents, and the MIPS technology provides an additional layer of protection.

The Gage stays secure with Bell’s TAG fit system, which features an adjustment dial that turns easily even on the fly. We like the way it snugs up all the way around the head with no hot spots or pinches.

This model does have the same feel as other MIPS-equipped helmets: There is some slight movement while riding, and while it might be annoying the first time you try it, we got used to it pretty quickly and hardly noticed it after that.
