As the 2014 season rapidly approached, Cannondale Pro Cycling once again held their team launch in Southern California. Instead of the Hollywood style premier of last year the launch had a decidedly more casual flavor with a rock and roll theme at the Canyons Club in Westlake. MC’d by Cannondale’s Murray Washburn and cyclocross legend Tim Johnson, the world was introduced to the team’s new riders and the returning stars. Now more than ever, it’s apparent the Cannondale Pro Cycling Team is all about Peter Sagan. While the launch was all fun and games, there was still plenty of training to do and the team took full advantage of the great weather and the multitude of climbs in the nearby Santa Monica Mountains during the January 7th to 1oth camp.
