May 12, 2015 – The fourth stage of the 2015 Giro d’Italia has been the best yet, for both the viewers and especially Davide Formolo and Cannondale-Garmin. Formolo dropped his two breakaway rivals on the final pitch into the final 10-kilometers of the stage, and the young 22-year-old charged harder than he likely ever has on a downhill run into the finish, taking an incredible victory ahead of all the hot favorites for overall victory at the Giro.
