Nov 18, 2015 – From 6p.m. to 1a.m., Belgium’s 6 days at the Kuipke velodrome in Ghent rioted every lap around the 167-meter track. Our photographer Kåre Dehlie Thorstad stepped inside the chaos to bring us into the first of six days. Capturing victory on day one was duo Iljo Keisse (Etixx-Quickstep) and Michael Morkov (Tinkoff-Saxo), taking the lead in the race ahead of day two.
