For my innagural run at the Breck Epic 6-day stage race I equipped a Niner JET 9 RDO with components to help me go faster, but also be functional and comfortable. Photo: Logan VonBokel | Singletrack.com
The JET 9, fortunately, has a second bottle cage mount, a feature that’s becoming more scarce every year, but something I am very grateful to have. Photo: Logan VonBokel | Singletrack.com
The JET 9 RDO comes in a variety of build options, one of which is the Fox 32 Talas fork. Its adjustablity from 95-120mm of travel is perfect for ripping long descents, or giving a more relaxed position on the flowing singletrack. Photo: Logan VonBokel | Singletrack.com
Ergon’s new SM3 Pro saddle was a late addition to my JET 9. I was a bit hesitant to run it as I am very devoted to my Fi’zi:k Antares, but after the first stage I have no complaints. Its got a nice wide nose that allows for several comfortable positions in the saddle. Photo: Logan VonBokel | Singletrack.com
