Ibis Bikes is raffling off its first production Mojo SL-R with proceeds going to support the efforts of the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, the group that maintains and builds the routes that have made Downieville famous.

For a $5 raffle ticket, anyone anywhere in the world can win one of Ibis’ newest bike. Of course the more tickets bought chances of winning increase, but also more feet of trail will get built.

The winner will be drawn at random on April 21st. The Mojo SL-R will be in the size and color the winner wants. To buy raffle tickets go towww.sierratrails.org. To get all the info on the Mojo SL-R, go to www.ibiscycles.com

Mills Peak

The raffle proceeds are specifically targeting the almost-finished Mills Peak Trail located in the Lakes Basin above Downieville. Proceeds from a previous Ibis raffle were used to buy an excavator that helped build most of the Mills Peak trail. It’s now 90 percent complete.

The Raffle

At the end of the raffle, each unique $5 donation will be entered in the raffle. If a person donates $20, he or she get four entries. The web site random.org is used, where all the ticket numbers are entered. Then random.org selects one random winning number.
