Want to get a sneak peek at the latest and greatest in cycling gear? Here’s your chance — Interbike is adding two consumer days to its OutDoor Demo East show this fall.
The show is scheduled for October 8-11 at Roger Williams Park in Providence, Rhode Island. The first two days are for the cycling industry only, but Saturday and Sunday will be open to the public.
Dealers and manufacturers “are just two of the three pieces of the entire cycling community mix,” said Andy Tompkins, Interbike show director. “Opening the last two days of OutDoor Demo East for consumer participation is a great way to incorporate that final piece.”
OutDoor Demo East will also include the Providence Cyclo-Cross Festival, a USA Cycling-sanctioned event produced by GSD Event Productions LLC.
“Get your cowbells ready; this will be fantastic.” said Richard Fries, marketing-communications director for GSD Event Productions.
The park hosted the U.S. cyclocross national championships in 2005 and 2006.
