Belgian Nick Nuyens (Quick Step) soloed to victory in Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne on Sunday, crossing seconds ahead of Leif Hoste and Tom Boonen.

Spain’s Francisco Perez (Caisse d’Epargne-Illes Balears) took the 21st Clasica de Almeria on Sunday, crossing just seconds in front of countrymen Ricardo Serrano (Kaiku) and Adolfo Garcia (Andalucia-Paul Versan).
