USA Cycling has announced the calendar for the 2013 U.S. national championships across all disciplines, beginning with the national cyclocross championships over the week and weekend of January 9-13 in Madison, Wisconsin.

As reported in May, one new development for 2013 sees men and women sharing the weekend of the professional road and time trial championships in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as well as the July 27 national criterium championships in High Point, North Carolina.

The 2013 mountain bike national championship events are split into four disciplines. The 24-hour national championships will take place June 15-16 in Gallup, New Mexico; marathon nationals will take place July 6 in Sun Valley, Idaho; on the east coast, cross country nationals are set for the Bear Creek Resort in Macungie, Pennsylvania, over the weekend of July 18-21, while gravity events will take place in New Mexico, at the Angle Fire Resort, in Angel Fire.

In the velodrome, elite track riders will contest timed events, such as the individual pursuit, in Carson, California over the weekend of August 9-11, with mass start events, such as the Madison, set for the following week in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
