Joaquim Rodriguez (Katusha) won the sixth stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré on Saturday, emerging at the front of an elite group of contenders on the Collet d'Allevard climb and fending off challengers to the line.

Jonathan Cantwell came through a number of late crashes at the Blue Dome Criterium to win the opener of the Tulsa Tough omnium Friday night. Cantwell (V Australia) made a late split and took a tight win over Anibal and Alejandro Borrajo (Jamis-Sutter Home).

Tiffany Pezzulo timed a long sprint perfectly to win the Blue Dome Criterium on the first night of the Tulsa Tough on Friday. Pezzulo (Primal-Mapmyride.com) came around Christina Smith (Now MS) in the final meters to top a four-up group sprint and take command of the three-day National Racing Calendar omnium.

LES GETS, France (AFP) — Quick Step's Andy Cappelle suffered bruising to the skull and multiple broken bones after falling in Friday's fifth stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré, race medical staff said.

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has announced the life-time suspension of former Fly V Australia rider Phil Zajicek after he admitted to a second doping offense for purchasing erythropoietin (EPO), and a third doping offense for providing false testimony at an American Arbitration Association (AAA) panel hearing, as well as encouraging other witnesses to provide false testimony.
