You’ve seen the men’s kits, now here are those of the women.
Some overlap; teams like Lidl-Trek, Movistar Team and Visma-Lease a Bike have kits very similar—if not identical—to those of their men’s squads.
Others offer some differences, such as Liv AlUla Jayco.
And then there are teams for which there is no men’s equivalent, such as Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team, Team SD Worx and sadly, this season, Human Powered Health.

Whatever category squads fall into, their 2024 kit can be seen below, albeit with some exceptions. For example, Canyon-SRAM and Fenix-Deceuninck are yet to unveil its new team kit, and Team DSM-Firmenich PostNL is only showing a teaser prior to the official launch. It’s also unclear if Uno X-Mobility’s jersey will change.
Still, the majority of the new kits are below. And if you notice a few men in the photos and videos for those teams with both female and male squads, fear not; the women’s jerseys are in there too.
Ag Insurance Soudal Team
Similar to the Soudal-QuickStep men’s jerseys, save for sponsor logos, this kit will be sported by Ashleigh Moolman and others in 2024.

Ceratizit-WNT Pro Cycling Team
Track superstar Katie Archibald is one of the big names on this team, which steps up to WorldTour level for 2024. It has a distinctive kit which will stand out in the peloton and inspire Grand Prix de Wallonie winner Marta Lach, the Fidanza sisters and others towards success.

FDJ-Suez
The team of Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig, Grace Brown and Marta Cavalli has already clocked up its first win of the season, thanks to Brown’s success in the Australian TT title on Thursday. She defended her title wearing the new team colors, but will be back in the Aussie-themed skinsuit as a result of her win.
Still, that initial outing has shown off a striking-looking jersey, which is an updated and slightly more elaborated version of the 2023 team kit.

Check out Uttrip Ludwig’s musical skillz in the video below. We suspect the day job will remain the big earner for now…
Human Powered Health
The men’s Human Powered Health team is sadly no more, but on the plus side it means that full concentration is being put on the women’s team by management and sponsors. They’ll be hoping for a big season ahead. Amongst the new signings are the Americans Krista Doebel-Hickok and Ruth Edwards, while the big name Audrey Cordon-Ragot remains. They will be wearing a striking-looking kit this season, which reworks the 2023 styling.

Doebel-Hickok won the CIC-Tour Féminin International des Pyrénées in 2022 and is hoping to return to top form this year.

Lidl-Trek
This is without a doubt one of the most striking kits in the peloton. Benefiting from a bigger budget, both the women’s and men’s teams have increased expectations for the year ahead. “I think we are going to smash it,” says Lizzie Deignan, and with riders like Elisa Longo Borghini, Lucinda Brand, Elisa Balsamo also on board, who are we to argue?

Liv AlUla Jayco
This year’s team sees the addition of Liv as a title sponsor and a completely reworked team kit. It had a quiet season in 2023 in terms of wins but has big ambitions this year.

Movistar Team
The biggest news is the departure of multiple world champion Annemiek van Vleuten, who retired in 2023, but riders such as Tour de France Femmes stage winners Liane Lippert and Emma Norsgaard have shown they are ready to seize any opportunities going. They will line out in a kit broadly similar to that of last year, save for a new, brighter tone of blue.

Roland Cycling Team
The departure of Israel Premier Tech as the main sponsor means a completely new look for the Roland Cycling Team in 2024. There’s plenty of room there for additional sponsors, which could potentially be added in the months ahead.

Team DSM-Firmenich PostNL
The official team kit unveiling is on January 8. We will have to make do with this for now

Team SD Worx
The most dominant team in women’s cycling has a similarly assured kit designer. This is a bold design and will be worn by Tour de France Femmes champion Demi Vollering, world champion Lotte Kopecky, star sprinter Lorena Wiebes and others.

Team Visma-Lease a Bike
The design in recent years has been a distinctive yellow and black design which earned the title Killer Wasps. That’s all out the window now, with Team Visma-Lease a Bike opting for an almost entirely yellow jersey design. Marianne Vos, Riejanne Markus and up and coming riders such as Fem van Empel will be sporting that kit in 2024 and aiming big.

UAE Team ADQ
Another utterly striking jersey which should be easy to pick out in the peloton. Giro d’Italia Donne stage winner and Tour of Chongming Island champion Chiara Consonni returns, along with Brabantse Pijl victor Silvia Persico and others.
