ANKARA, Turkey (AFP) — Germany’s André Greipel (Lotto-Belisol) won the second stage of the Presidential Tour of Turkey Monday. Matthew Goss (GreenEdge) finished second in the 153km stage and wrestled control of the general classification away from overnight leader Theo Bos (Rabobank) with time bonuses.
