Okay, okay, we know what you’re thinking. Why would I need a gravel-specific pump? While you don’t need to throw out your perfectly good road pump and drop everything to find the Sport Gravel Floor Drive, if you’re riding primarily gravel, there’s a real benefit to be had. Featuring a larger-diameter barrel, this pump pushes more air with each stroke for faster fill-ups of high-volume tires, all with the same effort. And it’s rated for +/- 0.5 psi accuracy up to 100 psi—even road tires don’t need that much pressure these days. Ever the clever designers, Lezyne built a valve-core tool right into the reversible pump chuck, which threads either onto Presta valves or Schrader valves without the valve core. It’s the perfect tool for seating tubeless tires or just topping them off. And with the barrel and piston made from high-grade steel, it’s a fully serviceable, quality product.
