Marcel Kittel wins 3rd stage at 2013 Presidential Tour of Turkey as Mustafa Sayar claims overall title

Marcel Kittel scored the hat trick on Sunday, winning the finale to the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey in Istanbul.

The Argos-Shimano sprinter, who also won stages 1 and 7, he hit the line first once more in the final stage, beating Andrea Guardini (Astana) and Andrew Fenn (Omega Pharma-Quick Step).

When the final overall standings were tallied, Mustafa Sayar (Torku Sekerspor) claimed the overall victory, 41 seconds ahead of Natnael Berhane (Europcar) with Yoann Bagot (Cofidis) third at 44 seconds.
