Assos has streamlined everything about these shorts.

Their fit and chamois placement are tailored for riders who favor an aggressive position on the bike. The chamois is moved forward, and is thinner than the one found on Assos more leisurely bibs, like the Campionissimo. The bib straps are wide and comfortable, and they even have a little loop for holding sunglasses.

The way the front of the short is sewn together — two distinct pieces meeting right in the middle — offers extra space right where you need it. It also provides a slight artificial enhancement effect. Not that we’re complaining.
