SCHOTEN, Belgium (AFP) - Mark Cavendish (HTC-Highroad) won Wednesday's Scheldeprijs in a sprint ahead of Russian Denis Galimzyanov (Katusha) and Yauheni Hutarovich (FdJ).

KORTRIJK, Belgium (VN) — With Paris-Roubaix looming Sunday in northern France, most of the big classics names and quite a few Americans will be racing Wednesday and Thursday in Belgium at the Scheldeprijs Wednesday and the Grand Prix Pino Cerami Thursday.
