Ukrainian Vladimir Duma (Landbouwkrediet) won the fourth stage of the 19th Regio-Tour Saturday.
Duma finished more than a minute ahead of Germany’s Jens Voight (Crédit Agricole) in the179km stage from Wehr to Neuenbourg. Christian Werner (Telekom) crossed third. Ukrainian Volodymir Gustov (Fassa Bortolo) retained the overall lead.
Barbosa takes fourth stage in Portugal
Candido Barbosa (LA Pecol) of Portugal won the fourth stage of the Tour of Portugal on Saturday.
He covered the 154.6km ride from Castelo Branco to Coimbra in 3:49:19, followed by Spain’s Angel Edo (Milaneza-MSS) in second and compatriot Alberto Benito (Antarte-Rota Moveis) third.
